Atman Yoga Studio

My name is Enrique Fulchi.   Please join me in a yoga practice at Atman Yoga Studio where I offer a blend of Ashtanga and Iyengar styles, as well as guided meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises) and a variety of props to help you open up and deepen your practice. The studio is located at 34 Elton St., 3rd Floor, off University Ave. in Rochester, NY (just behind the George Eastman House.)
