All Levels
For both new and continuing students who have a desire to refine their asana practice and build flexibility. The teacher will modify the postures using props to accommodate all student’s needs. 90 minutes.
Vinyasa Flow
Yoga asanas strung together into a flow of movement regulated through the breath. Open to all students. 90 minutes.
Ashtanga
Yoga asanas strung together into a flow of movement synchronized with the breath, producing intense internal heat and purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. Open to all students, but recommended for students with a minimum of 1 year of regular yoga practice. 90 minutes.
